Пятница. День 5 (и ночь). Открытие. Соскучились ? :)

Темы дня: ночные танки и монтаж витрины. Феноменальное открытие и новые проблемы )
Ну что котики. Соскучились ? А я между тем начну с ночи вчерашнего дня, когда мы начали монтаж витрины и вместо положенных до 2 ночи, проковырялись до 5 утра. 237 кг веса, 2 газели и 6 человек... Товар на 67 кг как я уже сказал...
Вообщем решили немного покемарить и на работу к 9. Вот такие дела. Почти, неспав, выхожу и принимаю 2 смены продавцов. Обычно из заявленных 10 человек приходит меньше 5. Но тут я прямо чувствовал, что люди будут хорошие и из 4х пришли ВСЕ. Вот так сюрприз. Распределяемся по сменам и вперед. Маша и Вика оказались просто феноменальными. Для новичков они невероятно быстро втянулись и показали супер-результат несмотря на множество косяков в первый день открытия с нашей стороны.Отдельное спасибо и респект тулякам. Люди выше всяких похвал.
Первая половина дня напоминала оскар. Ходят нас фотографируют, мол открылись. Поклон администрации, то да се. Соседи подходят, интересуются как дела. Показатели феноменальные. План сделали уже фактически к середине дня и пошли на опережение.
Но не тут то было. Злые охранники начали пристреливаться к нам еще днем, а вечером когда все ушли нанесли решительный залп во главе с начальником охраны. Это было крайне неожиданно и нечестно. Представители администрации ушли и мы не смогли решить возникшие конфликтные ситуации с разрешениями на работу....
Самое плохое в этой ситуации то, что нам работать еще 2 выходных, а представителей администрации НЕТ до будней и помочь с решением они нам не смогут. Я посоветовавшись с наставником решил, что буду стоять на своем и продолжать работу. Все разрешения у нас получены устно и по электронной почте, правда на нашей стороне. Жаль определенные службы не синхронизировались и возник конфликт. Завтра будет жарко, потому что 2 дня нам предстоит отстоять тет-а-тет и как то договориться. Но в выручке выходного дня мы терять не намерены!
А как бы вы поступили ? спрятали бы голову в песок и дожидались будней или пошли на конфликт и продолжали работу оставаясь верными своему делу ?..

Well, the cats. Are you bored? Meanwhile, I will start from yesterday night, when we started the installation of the display case and instead of the set till 2 nights, we digged out until 5 in the morning. 237 kg of weight, 2 gazelles and 6 people ... Product at 67 kg as I said ...
In general, we decided to have a little pokemarit and to work at 9. These are the things. Almost asleep, I go out and accept 2 changes of sellers. Usually less than 5 of the declared 10 people come. But then I directly felt that people would be good and ALL of 4 came. Such a surprise. We are distributed on shifts and forward. Masha and Vika were just phenomenal. For beginners, they pulled themselves in incredibly quickly and showed a super result despite a lot of stocks on the first day of opening from our side. Special thanks and respect to Tula. People are beyond praise.
The first half of the day resembled an Oscar. They take pictures of us, they say opened. A bow to the administration, then yes. Neighbors come up, wonder how things are. The indicators are phenomenal. The plan was actually done by the middle of the day and went ahead of the curve.
But it was not there. Evil guards began to shoot at us in the afternoon, and in the evening when everyone left they launched a decisive volley led by the chief of security. It was extremely unexpected and dishonest. Representatives of the administration left and we were not able to resolve the conflicts that arose with work permits ....
The worst thing in this situation is that we will have 2 more days off, and there will be NO representatives of the administration until workdays and they will not be able to help us with the solution. After consulting with a mentor, I decided that I would stand my ground and continue to work. All permissions we have received verbally and by e-mail, though on our side. It is a pity that certain services were not synchronized and a conflict arose. Tomorrow will be hot, because 2 days we have to defend tête-à-tête and somehow agree. But in the proceeds of the weekend, we do not intend to lose!
What would you do? Would you hide your head in the sand and wait for the weekdays or go into conflict and continue to work while remaining faithful to their work? ..
