И последним задается вопрос: «Господин президент, две самые крупные корпорации страны не платят напрямую налоги государству, а аккумулируют их в небольшой конторке, из которой затем только часть попадает в госбюджет, а судьба остальных денег неизвестна. Зачем вы создали такую схему и эту контору-прокладку?»
И господин президент на голубом глазу отвечает, что да, такая конторка и схема существуют. Но это из благих намерений, потому что в правительстве много очень спорят при дележке денег и важные проекты бывают пропущены и остаются без денег. И тогда МЫ, говорит он, берем из этой кубышки деньги и финансируем.
…«Кубышка» по приведенным примерам того, что из нее финансируют, представляет собой довольно значимую часть всего госбюджета страны.
«Кубышка» не подконтрольна правительству и при возникновении вопроса о содержимом просто посылает к президенту — о чем публично жаловался зам. министра финансов и тема возникала в СМИ.
Так вот, если у нас, по твердым и частым заверениям руководителей государства, демократия не хуже, а даже лучше, чем у них, то выступят ли завтра спикеры ГД, СФ, лидеры оппозиционных думских партий с требованием парламентского расследования дела «о кубышке»?

So, if, according to the firm and frequent assurances of the leaders of the state, democracy is not worse, or even better than theirs, then tomorrow the speakers of the State Duma, the Federation Council, the leaders of the opposition Duma parties will demand a parliamentary investigation of the “egg-capsule” case?
