Роли вылезают навстречу обстоятельствам, подменяя меня и играя вместо меня, усыпляя меня тем, что сейчас подходит именно такая роль. В этой ситуации играй благородного сильного мужчину, а в этой жертву обстоятельств. А в этой надо проявить агрессию, а тут поджать хвост.
Событие или ситуация запускает поведенческий шаблон, сформированный, возможно, много лет назад.
Под каждую роль-шаблон уже готовы связки мыслей-эмоций, ключевые слова. Полное отождествление, вера в то что я и есть проживаемая роль, гипнотизирует окружающих и, они неосознанно начинают подыгрывать, занимая встречную роль для реализации конфликта и полного проживания драмы.
Иногда, можно даже заметить, как сам не до конца веришь в роль. И обидеться на других, что не верят и не подыгрывают.
Пробуждение, возможность проявить уникальное дифференцированное поведение - это выход из ролей. Роль полностью признается. Но вместе с тем, замечается, что это просто информационный материал, взятый для игры. Разотождествление наступает само и на поверхности воспринимается как персональная мутация или перерождение. И освобождение от совместной драмы с другими игроками.
Осознание фиксированных ролей, и готовых поведенческих стратегий открывают пространство для переживания непосредственного опыта без интерпретации ума. Это прямой опыт бытия собой.
Правый ум и мозг в переменных бодиграфа - это потенциал постоянно переживать чистый опыт без интерпретаций ума.
Носители левых переменных, такие переживания фиксируют как выход за пределы и сразу формируют новую карту в уме, более точную и адекватную действительности.
Правые смотрят фильм с открытым ртом, растворившись в нем, а левые подмечают детали, фиксируют в конспект наблюдения о фильме, таким образом, стратегически обрабатывают ту часть потока, которая попала в фокус их восприятия.
