Итак, сегодня в моем коллективе прошел открытый урок,на который были приглашены родители танцоров.Мы частично показали программу, по которой занимаемся.Опыт преподавания большим группам у меня уже более 10 лет, так что за это время я наработала множество схем и вариантов тренировок в зависимости от: состава группы (возраст, мастерство, пол) в зависимости от времени учебного года, близости мероприятий, от моего настроения, поведения детей и просто поставленных целей. В любой работе есть своя специфика-водитель грузовика навряд ли сможет комфортно для пассажиров управлять автобусом.Преподаватель в университете навряд ли блестяще справится с ясельной группой 2хлетних малышей.Артист балета не будет столь блистателен на арене цирка. И только родители знают, КАК должно быть в каждой профессии. И хорошо, что есть те, кто целиком и полностью доверяют тренеру (что я бы не посоветовала делать до того, как вы познакомитесь с методикой и подходом, особенно в спорте и педагогике) Именно поэтому два раза в год я открываю двери в святая святых-мое комфортное пространство, где творится самое волшебство.Где экзотические цветы под названием "дети" начинают цвести и переливаться всеми красками своего таланта.Мы трудимся каждое занятие!С каждым прерывистым дыханием, с каждой капелькой пота мы приближаемся к заветной мечте!К общей цели преподавателей и родителей-воспитать детей достойными людьми.Чтобы танцоры стали многогранными, творческими и раскрепощенными личностями.99% родителей приводят в зал свое чадо именно за этим и только 1% задумывается о том, чтобы танцы стали призванием. Коллективу MAFIA идет 6 год, подобное мероприятие в общей сложности я провожу раз в 20.Представьте, что вы 20 раз читаете вслух стих собственного сочинения.За каждую букву в ответе только вы-вы придумали и вы же читаете.Так и с тренировками-я подбираю упражнения.Да, ВСЕ упражнения.Весь ход занятий зависит только от меня(не задумывалась об этом, пока не начала писать) Я училась сама у множества преподавателей, посетила множество мероприятий, несколько инструкторов по физкультуре, йога, групповые тренировки в спортзале...Как и Вы, за свою жизнь прочитали и услышали сложно представить какое большое количество слов и словосочетаний. Вы берете только близкое вам, то, что считаете самым важным в этот момент(возвращаясь к началу статьи о составе группе, близости мероприятий, настроении тренера и тд) А дальше добавляем опыт.Из года в год я НАБЛЮДАЮ за результатами своего труда, анализирую пробелы в методиках, исправляю программу исходя из сделанных выводов.Номера, которые мы показываем на концертах и праздниках-верхушка айсберга. Существует понятие "техника", "опыт", "музыкальность","командность" и многое другое, чему нужно научить в сжатые сроки.
Вернемся к открытому уроку.Мы за 45 минут, а именно столько длится урок тк нужно проветрить зал перед следующей группой и проводить гостей, пытаемся показать ход занятий-один из множества вариантов.Для детей очень важно, чтобы их труд оценили (пусть даже иногда они отвлекаются и тренер не делает за это замечание.Не устану твердить,что если замечание не поступило, то все идет в рамках дозволенного.У педагога тоже есть глаза и уши и он видит и контролирует все происходящее) Поэтому сказать пару теплых слов стоит ребенку, даже если вам что-то в мероприятии и не понравилось.Помните-все это организуется для детей!Для их опыта выступления на публике, для осознания своей значимости (если не получается прийти на праздник-обязательно назовите вескую причину до самого мероприятия) А если есть какие-то вопросы по самой программе, то не стесняйтесь и спрашивайте!Любой тренер всегда рад обратной связи.

And only parents know HOW it should be in every profession. And it’s good that there are those who completely and completely trust the trainer (which I would not advise you to do before you get acquainted with the methodology and approach, especially in sports and pedagogy) That is why I open the doors to the Holy of Holies twice a year my comfortable space where the magic happens. Where exotic flowers called "children" begin to bloom and shimmer with all the colors of their talent. We work every lesson! With every intermittent breath, with every drop of sweat we come closer to the cherished dream! To the common goal of teachers and parents, to raise children as worthy people.
