Осим хаим - Наслаждаемся жизнью
Мне было чуть больше тридцати, когда я узнала, что на привычный вопрос «Чем вы сейчас занимаетесь?» можно отвечать: «Осим хаим». «Наслаждаемся жизнью». Впервые это выражение я услышала здесь, в Израиле. Дословный его перевод: «делаем жизнь».
Городское кафе. Полдень. За соседним столиком сидит пожилая пара. Он и она. Не муж и жена, нет. Скорее старые знакомые или друзья.Они непринужденно болтают, немного флиртуют, пьют кофе. Вдруг раздается телефонный звонок. Кто-то на том конце провода спрашивает его: «Что ты делаешь?» А он: «Осим хаим». Наслаждаюсь жизнью.
Не решаю проблемы, не зарабатываю деньги, не ищу ответы на вопросы, не ставлю цели и достигаю их, не худею, в конце концов, нет! Просто наслаждаюсь жизнью.
Эта игра слов меня буквально заколдовала, и я поняла, что тоже хочу научиться этому «осиму».
Первый урок мне преподнес владелец зоомагазина, когда ранним утром я забежала к нему за кормом для собаки. Он уже открыл свою лавочку, но еще не успел проснуться, поэтому медленно раскладывал свой товар. Я по отработанной годами московской привычке стала объяснять, что мне надо быстро и срочно.
На это хозяин лавочки достал из клетки маленького кролика и положил его в мои руки. В этот момент я поняла: так вот ты какой — осим хаим!
Время для меня остановилось. Гладить пушистый теплый комочек хотелось часами. И смотреть, смотреть завороженно на неторопливую работу продавца.
Потом было много других уроков, каждый из которых приносил мне счастье.
Например, сегодня я точно знаю, где готовят самый вкусный кофе в Тель-Авиве.
Самый вкусный он не из-за вкуса, нет. Просто в этом месте собирается такая яркая публика с такими потрясающими собаками! Наблюдать за этим миром, неторопливо попивая кофе, — это для меня осим хаим.
Или. Я никогда не знала, что кормить лошадь — это кайф. Тактильный, душевный. Я с детства боялась к ним подойти. Но в Израиле на конюшне хозяйка прекрасных лошадей с улыбкой предложила мне попробовать перебороть страх, протянув лошади яблоко.
И вот, широко раскрывая огромный рот с отменными зубами, он или она протягивали морду к моей дрожащей руке и очень нежно, только влажными губами и теплым шершавым языком слизывали с ладони яблоко. На этом месте у меня слова заканчивались.
Но самый главный урок осим хаим я усвоила два года назад на дороге.
Это произошло в тот самый момент, когда я накрыла дочь своим телом. Мы с Соней ехали домой в машине и услышали вой сирены. Дело было летом 2014 года, шла операция «Нерушимая скала», и мы попали под ракетный обстрел.
Следуя инструкциям, я заглушила машину, достала ребенка из автокресла, уложила ее на дорогу и накрыла собой. Я до сих пор хорошо помню взрывную волну от сбитой ракеты, прокатившуюся по моему телу, и шепот
дочери: «Мама, ты сейчас меня раздавишь». Так крепко я ее «накрыла».
После этого случая мир вокруг меня заиграл совершенно иными красками. И я наконец по-настоящему поняла, что означает осим хаим: "наслаждаться жизнью здесь и сейчас!"
Богатство- это не то, в какой ты шубе ходишь, на какой машине ты ездишь и какой крутой телефон у тебя в руках! Богатство — это живые родители, здоровые дети, надежные друзья и крепкое плечо любимого человека!
Если вы способны видеть, ходить, говорить, любить и каждое утро вставать с постели - вы сказочно богатый человек!
Жалуясь на жизнь, подумайте о тех, кто рано из неё ушел.
Жалуясь на мужа, представьте, сколько девушек мечтают выйти замуж.
Жалуясь на своих непослушных детей, подумайте о тех, кто каждый день молит Бога об их появлении. Цените то, что имеете.
Есть три ловушки, которые воруют радость и мир: сожаление о прошлом, тревога за будущее и неблагодарность за настоящее.
На протяжении всей моей жизни, я всегда боюсь потерять людей, которых я люблю. Иногда я задаюсь вопросом, есть ли хоть кто-то, кто так же боится потерять меня?
Если вам удастся найти кого-то, с кем вы можете обняться и закрыть глаза на весь мир, вам повезло!!!
Иногда чудеса бывают такими крошечными, что люди их просто не замечают.
Люди —странные существа. Гадости делают друг другу, а прощения просят у Бога.
Мы рождаемся с криком, умираем со стоном. Остаётся только жить со смехом (ВиктОр Гюго)..."

Osim Haim - Enjoying Life
I was a little over thirty when I found out that the usual question “What are you doing now?” You can answer: "Osim Haim." "Enjoying life." I first heard this expression here in Israel. Its literal translation: “we make life”.
City cafe. Noon. An elderly couple sits at a nearby table. He and she. Not husband and wife, no. Rather, old acquaintances or friends. They chat at ease, flirt a little, drink coffee. Suddenly a phone rings. Someone at the other end of the line asks him, “What are you doing?” And he: "Osim Haim." I'm enjoying life.
I don’t solve problems, don’t make money, don’t look for answers to questions, don’t set goals and achieve them, don’t lose weight, in the end, no! Just enjoying life.
This play on words literally bewitched me, and I realized that I also want to learn this “Oshima”.
The first lesson was given to me by the owner of the pet shop when I ran to him for dog food in the early morning. He had already opened his shop, but had not yet managed to wake up, so he slowly laid out his goods. I began to explain what I needed quickly and urgently according to the Moscow habit that had been worked out over the years.
To do this, the owner of the bench took out a small rabbit from the cage and put it in my hands. At that moment I realized: so here you are - Oshim Haim!
Time has stopped for me. I wanted to stroke the fluffy warm lump for hours. And look, look mesmerized at the leisurely work of the seller.
Then there were many other lessons, each of which brought me happiness.
For example, today I know exactly where the most delicious coffee is prepared in Tel Aviv.
The tastiest one is not because of the taste, no. It's just that such a vibrant audience is gathering in this place with such amazing dogs! Watching this world while drinking coffee leisurely is for me osim haim.
Or. I never knew that feeding a horse is a thrill. Tactile, sincere. Since childhood, I was afraid to approach them. But in Israel, at the stable, the owner of beautiful horses with a smile suggested that I try to overcome the fear by holding out an apple to the horse.
And so, opening his huge mouth wide with excellent teeth, he or she extended their muzzle to my trembling hand and very gently, only with moist lips and a warm, rough tongue, they licked an apple from the palm of his hand. At this point my words ended.
But I learned the most important lesson of Oshim Chaim two years ago on the road.
This happened at the very moment when I covered my daughter with my body. Sonya and I drove home in a car and heard a siren howl. It was in the summer of 2014, there was Operation Unbreakable Rock, and we fell under rocket fire.
Following the instructions, I turned off the car, took the child out of the car seat, laid her on the road and covered herself. I still remember well the blast from a rocket shot down my body and whisper
daughters: "Mom, you will crush me now." So tightly I “covered” it.
After this incident, the world around me began to play with completely different colors. And I finally truly understood what Oshim Chaim means: "enjoy life here and now!"
Wealth is not what kind of a fur coat you go in, what kind of car you drive and what a cool phone in your hands! Wealth is living parents, healthy children, reliable friends and a strong shoulder of a loved one!
If you are able to see, walk, talk, love and get out of bed every morning - you are a fabulously rich man!
When complaining about life, think about those who left it early.
Complaining about her husband, imagine how many girls dream of getting married.
When complaining about your naughty children, think about those who pray to God every day for their appearance. Appreciate what you have.
There are three traps that steal joy and peace: regret about the past, anxiety for the future and ingratitude for the present.
Throughout my life, I am always afraid of losing the people I love. Sometimes I ask myself, is there at least someone who is also afraid to lose me?
If you manage to find someone with whom you can hug and close your eyes to the whole world, you're in luck !!!
