Кто следил за делом с незаконным изъятием 10детей и последующей травлей семьи Дель - если вдруг не знаете.
3.02 Светлана Дель попросила не устраивать пикеты, не шуметь в соцсетях, не общаться со СМИ: в ответ на тишину ей обещали вернуть детей. Ее адвокат Иван Павлов сказал о "положительной тенденции" в деле Дель и также попросил быть деликатными.
Сторонники растоптанной семьи со словами: "в переговоры с террористами не верим, но из уважения к личной просьбе Светланы помолчим" настороженно примолкли.
4.02 на ТВ и радио вышли передачи с участием бывшей няни Делей. Когда-то семья Светланы помогла ей в сложной жизненной ситуации, и няня некоторое время жила у них на всем готовом. И вот, в эфире эта особа поливала семью грязью.
Сотрудники департамента соцзащиты Москвы на своих страницах размещали посты с фотографиями детей за решеткой концлагеря и подписями "концлагерь Дель". Корректное такое поведение официальных лиц. Тихое такое перемирие.
Сторонники Дель продолжали корректно молчать или гневались в рамках собственных страниц в соцсетях. Все ждали суда 8.02 - суда по иску о признании действий опеки неправомерными
И в это день Светлана отменила иск.
Говорят, на нее оказывается больше давление. Говорят, отозвала иск, чтобы спасти оставшихся детей. Это фантастический кошмар. Все равно как если человека прилюдно ограбят и изобьют, а при попытке подать в суд направят на него соловьевых и шараповых, обсудят на первом канале все подробности тегом личной жизни, выставят фашистом и психопатом и выпорят прилюдно в назидание искателям справедливости. Но тут ситуация хуже. Тут дети, которые заперты теперь в приюте и которых даже гулять не выводят с 10.01 чтобы они случайно мать не увидели.
А мы сидим, молчим пока. Надеемся. 13.02 суд о расторжении договора опеки.
