Коллеги, вот есть тема, что флашинг на МОПСе держит рН дольше, чем флашинг на ХЕПЕСе. А вообще Swain писал, что в идеале делать флашку на комбинации буферов.
И её сделали! С витаминами, аминокислотами, с двумя буферами...
