Каникулы пролетели и я снова в любимом LCB. Сегодня на повестке дня было 26 видов конфет. Темперирование 30 кг шоколада, приготовление 12 видов ганаша, 6 видов карамели, различных кремов, маршмелоу, мармелада и нугатина.
Не плохо, для первого дня в школе;) Superior обещает быть веселым!
My xmas holidays is over and I am again in London. To day was the 1st superior module! 26 kids of chocolates. Tempering, making caramels and ganaches, marshmallows and curds. Great time. I love my classes in LCB.

Vacations flew by and I again in favorite LCB. Today, there were 26 kinds of sweets on the agenda. Tempering 30 kg of chocolate, preparing 12 types of ganache, 6 types of caramel, various creams, marshmallows, marmalade and nougat.
