Посмотрите какая "красота" - краснющие пропилы, не самый здоровый вид ногтей не так ли? Это наша постоянная клиентка решила посетить салон, где есть детская комната. Удобно для мам. Детская комната в салоне - это и есть УТП, уникальное торговое предложение.
Не так давно я наткнулась на обучающее видео, где одна дама, позиционирующая себя экспертом, вещает о том, что «сухожары сейчас есть у всех, и делают все уже более менее качественно, КАЧЕСТВОМ СЕЙЧАС НИКОГО НЕ УДИВИШЬ! Надо найти то, что отстроит вас от конкурентов, это и будет вашим УТП»...
Да неужели???????????? Почему новые клиентки, пришедшие к нам, после маникюра, когда ни одного пореза они говорят: «Знаете, вообще-то, у меня капилляры близко расположенны, а вы меня даже не порезали»????????♀️
Почему, когда нам приносят маникюр из других мест, то пропилы в 80% случаев? А архитектура? Тупо навалить толстые капли в середину ногтя, ну это не то! Да, поверхность покрытия ровная, но ноготь выглядит толсто! А распределить каплю так, чтоб при той же толщине ноготь был прочнее и изящнее?!
Мы глубоко убеждены, что на сегодняшний день, сколько ни пои клиентов кофиём из фарфоровых чашечек, качество самой услуги все еще остается УНИКАЛЬНЫМ торговым ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕМ, мастеров сейчас огромное количество, но отдающих отчет своим действиям - нет????????♀️ Сервис важен, только вернется ли клиентка в тот салон с детской комнатой, где ей просто упилили ногти в хлам?
На каждый товар свой купец, но уровень именно самой предоставляемой услуги конткретно в нашем городе не дотягивает до «у всех примерно одинаково хорошо».
А вам что важнее - шампанское и кресло трон на педикюре, или чтоб вам сделали не больно, красиво и с душой, учитывая ваши пожелания?

Why, when we bring manicure from other places, then cuts in 80% of cases? What about architecture? Stupidly pour thick drops in the middle of the nail, well, that's not it! Yes, the surface of the coating is flat, but the nail looks thick! And distribute the drop so that with the same thickness the nail is stronger and more elegant ?!
