Всем привет. К сожалению, надеяться, что кто-то решит осилить текст по ссылке не приходится, зная нашу общую любовь получать информацию сжато и насыщенно. Потому, в продолжение некоторых обсуждений этой весны я резюмирую коротко для вас, дорогие друзья то, что прочитал сам. По ссылке можно ознакомиться с полным текстом:

ЗаконоПРОЕКТ (на данный момент не принятый) США (BILL) № 2277 «Акт о предотвращении агрессии со стороны России 2014»
Вот такое громкое название. Ну и смысл под стать. Воды в законе нет, зато есть огромный (условно) список предлагаемых мероприятий, направленных конкретно против РФ. Перечислять каждое действие бесполезно, но можно выделить самое (на мой взгляд) интересное.
1. Военная помощь Украине. Всем, кроме непосредственно денег и солдат.
2. Работа с общественным мнением в РФ и странах бывшего СССР. Финансирование СМИ и неправительственных организаций.
3. Призывы НАТО усилиться всеми способами. Размещение дополнительного контингента в странах НАТО.
4. Включить Украину, Грузию, Молдову в список «союзников НАТО».
5. Давить на РФ с целью – отдать Крым, убрать войска от границ Украины.
6. Спонсировать «демократию» в РФ и странах бывшего СССР.
В принципе можно продолжать, но итог уже примерно ясен. Очень часто мы обсуждаем действия США и других игроков, но почти никогда не можем привести факты. Тут всё очень официально и прямо. И да, это полностью совпадает с описанием «холодной» войны, как я это понимаю.

3. The calls of NATO to strengthen in every way. Additional contingent deployment in NATO countries.
4. Include Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova in the list of "NATO allies."
5. To put pressure on the Russian Federation with the goal of surrendering the Crimea, withdrawing troops from the borders of Ukraine.
6. Sponsor "democracy" in the Russian Federation and countries of the former USSR.
In principle, you can continue, but the result is already approximately clear. Very often we discuss the actions of the United States and other players, but almost never can cite the facts. Everything is very formal and direct. And yes, this fully coincides with the description of the Cold War, as I understand it.
