Самоопределение народов – важный принцип международного права, который в последние годы дает много поводов для обсуждения. С точки зрения моральной философии проблема эта еще сложнее, чем с точки зрения дипломатии.
Есть ли у «народа» единая воля, которую можно заявить и реализовать? Кто имеет право принимать участие в спорах о судьбе территории или ее жителей? Как правильно решать такие споры? Об этом расскажет профессор Дартмутского колледжа, политолог и специалист по сецессиям Джейсон Соренс.
