Друзья! в ночь с 8 на 9 февраля в Москве было снесено около 97 торговых павильонов! Современная Москва еще не знает примеров столь масштабного уничтожения частной собственности в течение одной ночи. В частности, были уничтожены торговые павильоны у метро Чистые пруды (Мясницкие ворота, д. 1 стр. 2 и стр. 3)и магазин автозапчастей около метро Аэропорт (Часовая, 9). Если быть кратким, то в результате данных действий московских властей было нарушено два ФУНДАМЕНТАЛЬНЫХ КОНСТИТУЦИОННЫХ ПРИНЦИПА: неприкосновенность частной собственности и верховенство федерального законодательства над нормативными актами, издаваемыми местной властью. Friends! On the night of February 8–9, about 97 shopping pavilions were demolished in Moscow! Modern Moscow does not yet know examples of such a massive destruction of private property in one night.
