Ознакомился с текстом поправок. Что могу сказать...
По сути это смена формы правления на самодержавную монархию.
Принцип разделения властей по сути отменяется. Вся власть полностью сосредотачивается в одних руках - в руках президента.
О независимости судов можно забыть. Суды, включая Конституционный, становятся полностью зависимы от решений нашего "самодержца" и будут принимать такие решения, какие будут соответствовать политическим и экономическим интересам его лично, его ручных силовиков и так им называемых "про-российских" бизнесменов (его приближенных олигархов). После этого фразы пропагандистов о том, что что-то "установлено решением/приговором суда" становятся по настоящему циничной издёвкой. О каком-либо доверии к такой судебной системе говорить не приходится вообще.
Добавляется право президента менять структуру органов исполнительной власти и подчинять их себе напрямую. Так что пожалуйста. Хоть комитет по делам врагов народа, хоть чрезвычайную комиссию по изъятию средств у населения в поддержку "про-российских бизнесменов". Все это самодержавно, быстро, без участия парламента и какой-либо легитимации со стороны граждан.
Возможность переизбрания в 2024.
Путин ранее неоднократно заявлял, что конституцию он не будет менять ради сохранения власти. Как мы видим, это ложь. Наглая и циничная. Такая же, как и его слова о том, что при нем не будет меняться пенсионный возраст. По сути эта поправка означает "нельзя быть президентом более двух сроков, если только ты не Путин в 2024". При этом он оговорился, что согласен на такое только если Конституционный суд даст положительное заключение. Не хочется верить, что Конституционный суд уже стал для Путина карманным, но я боюсь, что это так. Вроде конституция одна, но то, что он запретил Ельцину - Путину разрешит, не посмеет отказать. По сути это положительное заключение можно будет считать признанием со стороны КС, что он больше никакой не суд, а марионеточный орган при Путине, полностью ему подконтрольный. Ширма самодержавия.
Не хочется верить, что уважаемые мной судьи КС, в том числе те из них, кто был когда-то нашими преподавателями на юрфаке, опустятся до такого.
Во что превращается совет федерации даже говорить не хочется. По сути это президентские назначенцы, единственная функция которых - оформлять решения "царька", придавать им видимость одобрения со стороны представительного (нет) органа. Введение института "пожизненных" членов СовФеда и автоматическое зачисление в их ряды бывшего президента это вообще нечто. Не хватает только передавать места в СовФеде по наследству.
Все популистские поправки про закрепление МРОТ на уровне прожиточного минимума, про Бога, государствообразующий народ, запрет бракосочетаний пед*растов (для тех кто не в курсе, это всегда было запрещено семейным кодексом), преемственность по отношению к СССР... Все это только информационный шум, попытка отвлечь граждан от реальной сути протаскиваемых Путиным поправок.
В общем, граждане, мы все сейчас для себя должны решить: или мы считаем себя гражданами и НЕ ПОЗВОЛЯЕМ Путину стать "царём", стоящим над Конституцией, судами и делающим с нами все что ему угодно и как ему угодно, либо мы отказываемся от демократии и соглашаемся быть в лучшем случае государевыми халопами, а в худшем - покорной, бессловесной скотиной под властью "царя" и во власти его "друзей".
