Спасибо Couchsurfing, который помогает знакомиться с интересными людьми.
Сегодня гулял по центру с Адамом из Чикаго и его спутницей Юлей из Москвы.
Для меня мотивацией изучать иностранные языки всегда было и остаётся желание понять людей другой культуры. Узнать, чем живёт и чем думает человек, говорящий на другом языке, и видящий мир через призму этого языка.
Общаться с Адамом было приятно и интересно. Много нового узнал об американцах и том, что они думают о нас. Кроме стереотипов про водку и медведей есть много других.
Кроме того, большинство людей, интересующихся каучсёрфингом - опытные путешественники, и им всегда есть что рассказать. Так что при встрече Адам мне обещал поведать много интересностей насчёт путешествий по Азии и Америкам.
