Я тут на досуге заделался пиратом на Тортуге. Нет, это не съёмки фильма «Пираты Карибского моря: Лён.Обл.Edition.»

Это LARPG - ролевая игра живого действия. Ничего общего с ролевыми играми в медсестёр и служанок не имеет:) 12 лет уже слышу эту шутку.

Суть LARPG в том, чтобы собрать в одном месте толпу людей, раздать каждому роль (его история и задачи на игру) и дать им возможность творить «историю» То есть это что-то вроде костюмированной импровизации, где есть вводные, но нет жесткого сценария.

Бывают разные эпохи и миры: от каменного века до современности и от Средиземья до СтарТрека. Бывает разный масштаб: от 10 человек, собравшихся на один вечер до 3000 на целую неделю.

Я за всё время играл разные роли: от матроса на яхте до верховного назгула в Средиземье, пару раз даже участвовал в организации таких игр на пару сотен игроков. А в этот раз оказался старпомом на пиратском корабле «Бездна».

Мы плавали от острова к острову, заходили в порты Ямайки и Сен-Мартена, воевали на море с другими кораблями.

Это был новый и интересный опыт для меня. И, уверен, не последний!

Много раз слышал мнение, что это всё уход от реальности и все «ролевики» - психи и вечные дети. Так вот ничего подобного! Те люди, с которыми я провёл выходные - вполне взрослые, успешные и самостоятельные люди, часто с кучей других интересных хобби. Некоторые приехали семьями и даже с детьми. А сама игра - отличная возможность выбраться на природу и хорошенечко перезагрузить мозг, чтобы с новыми силами творить великие дела по возвращении!

There are different eras and worlds: from the Stone Age to the present and from Middle-earth to StarTrek. There are different scales: from 10 people gathered for one evening to 3000 for a whole week.

For all the time I played different roles: from a sailor on a yacht to the supreme nazgul in Middle-earth, I even participated in organizing such games for a couple of hundred players a couple of times. And this time, he turned out to be the old post on the abyss pirate ship.

We sailed from island to island, called at the ports of Jamaica and Saint-Martin, fought at sea with other ships.

It was a new and interesting experience for me. And I'm sure not the last!

Many times I heard the opinion that this is all a departure from reality and all the "role-players" - psychos and eternal children. So nothing like that! Those people with whom I spent the weekend are quite adult, successful and independent people, often with a bunch of other interesting hobbies. Some came in families and even with children. And the game itself is a great opportunity to get out into the countryside and reload the brain well in order to do great things with new strength upon returning!
