ГОТОВО? ИЛИ ВСЕ ТОЛЬКО НАЧИНАЕТСЯ?????????
Первый раз молотками на нашем участке застучали 5 марта.
????????Каждое утро с началом светового дня этот звук разносился по деревне.
Все соседи в один голос говорили мне о том, что никогда не видели, что бы строители работали с таким усердием. Как муравьи они облепили строй площадку и прямо на глазах достал сначала рости, потом обшиваться и наполнятся утеплителем.
????9 апреля спустя 36 дней после начала строительства основные конструкции были закончены. Вычетам отсюда 6 дней (ребята уезжали по семейным обстоятельствам) и получаем, что дом строился ровно месяц - 30 ДНЕЙ.
????Для примера, соседний дом моих братьев, по той же технологии, строился 3 месяца.
БЫСТРО ЗНАЧИТ НЕ КАЧЕСТВЕННО?
Я уже сталкивался со строителями. Когда делаешь 2 крупномасштабных ремонта, это заканчивается тем, что ты посылаешь их на 3 буквы, выгоняешь из квартиры и банишь номер телефона.
????????А ЗДЕСЬ БЫЛА РАДОСТЬ.
Да, мелкие косяки и замечания были. Но именно мелкие. При приемке, на их устранение ушло не больше 30 минут.
В процессе строительства было несколько существенных замечаний. Их устранили. Но это было по причине конструкторских недоработок. А не дело рук Строителей.
????????Так что дай Бог, что бы в моей жизни чаще встречались люди с руками и головой как в случае возведениях каркаса моего нового дома ????
