Каждый год одно и то же ,как будто впервые у нас в Марте минус.
У нас не далеко Море, а это большое теплопроводимое тело, в начале зимы, Ветер с моря отдает тепло, поэтому в декабре у нас + аж до января бывает, а в конце зимы с моря дуют холодные ветра. и вот вам температура воздуха в марте за каждый год.
