Итоги года. Этот пост, наверное, гораздо более значим для меня, чем для тех,кто увидит его в "умной ленте".. и все же. Хотелось бы,чтоб все те,кто так или иначе знаком с MMDANCE, знали героев в лицо.

Через 2019 год красной нитью для меня, как для руководителя, прошла тема HR и персонала. Поиск администраторов, новые лица среди преподавателей и найм менеджеров по продажам. Не зря говорят,что подбор персонала и создание из него Команды - очень непростые задачи. Не уверена,что я справилась на 100 или даже 80%: есть над чем поработать, есть темы для самоанализа и зоны собственного роста как лидера и руководителя.
Но.. на сегодня я имею очень хороший результат и команду. И уверена: дальше только лучше.
Итак. Под конец 2019 года сложилась команда администраторов: ( [id50598924|Екатерина] , [id480010554|Poor] и [id150633715|Карина] ) Веселые, четкие и исполнительные. Надеюсь, этот коллектив и дальше поможет развивать студию и будет реализовывать ее слаженную работу. ♥️
Почти весь год в студии отработала тренер по стрипу [id217313205|Nika] , благодаря ее огню и идеям мы реализовали несколько проектов и записали несколько красивых видосов. На текущий момент Ника не преподает в студии, так как мы закрыли стрип-направление, но это был классный опыт. Спасибо и успехов тебе.????
Также в нашей студии стартовали несколько направлений: vogue с [id95715891|Никитой], джаз-фанк с [id94383022|Ксенией], бачата с [id498840|Анатолием] и Милой, сальса с Берри, рестарт растяжки с [id22379168|Кристиной] и старт новых мощных групп по хастлу с [id316776|Настёнкой] и [id5193729|Константином].
Какие-то направления прижились и набрали обороты, какие-то не прижились и продолжили свою жизнь вне стен MMDANCE. И тем не менее, каждому из своих коллег и тренеров я благодарна за участие вклад и трепетное отношение к занятиям. ????
Мой верный напарник, друг и мужчина [id216737|Дмитрий] , не только был рядом и в сложные периоды (когда стоял вопрос: быть или не быть?), и в счастливые, но и активно развивал студию, а также стал бессменным диджеем наших вечеринок. Спасибо,что ты рядом.♥️
И о вечеринках. Отдельное спасибо тем людям,которые создают праздник в MMDANCE, атмосферу вечеринок и помогают с реализацией моих идей:

Results of the year. This post is probably much more significant for me than for those who see it in the "smart tape" .. and yet. I would like all those who are somehow familiar with MMDANCE to know the characters in person.

Through 2019, the topic of HR and staff passed through as a red thread for me, as a leader. Search for administrators, new faces among teachers and hiring sales managers. No wonder they say that the selection of personnel and the creation of teams from it are very difficult tasks. I’m not sure that I managed 100 or even 80%: there is something to work on, there are topics for introspection and a zone of my own growth as a leader and leader.
But .. for today I have a very good result and team. And I’m sure: only better is further.
So. At the end of 2019, a team of administrators formed: ([id50598924 | Ekaterina], [id480010554 | Poor] and [id150633715 | Karina]) Funny, clear and executive. I hope this team will continue to help develop the studio and will implement its well-coordinated work. ♥ ️
The strip trainer [id217313205 | Nika] worked for almost the whole year in the studio, thanks to her fire and ideas, we implemented several projects and recorded some beautiful vidos. At the moment, Nick does not teach in the studio, since we closed the strip direction, but it was a great experience. Thank you and good luck to you. ????
Also, several directions started in our studio: vogue with [id95715891 | Nikita], jazz funk with [id94383022 | Ksenia], bachata with [id498840 | Anatoly] and Mila, salsa with Berry, stretch restart with [id22379168 | Kristina] and start new powerful hustle groups with [id316776 | Nastenka] and [id5193729 | Konstantin].
Some directions took root and gained momentum, some did not take root and continued their life outside the walls of MMDANCE. Nevertheless, I am grateful to each of my colleagues and trainers for their contribution and reverent attitude to the classes. ????
My faithful partner, friend and man [id216737 | Dmitry], was not only close by in difficult periods (when the question was: to be or not to be?), And in the happy ones, he was actively developing the studio, and also became the permanent DJ of our parties . Thank you for being around. ♥ ️
And about the parties. Special thanks to those people who create a holiday in MMDANCE, the atmosphere of parties and help with the implementation of my ideas:
