Меркнут знаки Зодиака
Над просторами полей.
Спит животное Собака,
Дремлет птица Воробей.
Толстозадые русалки
Улетают прямо в небо,
Руки крепкие, как палки,
Груди круглые, как репа.
Ведьма, сев на треугольник,
Превращается в дымок.
С лешачихами покойник
Стройно пляшет кекуок.
Вслед за ними бледным хором
Ловят Муху колдуны,
И стоит над косогором
Неподвижный лик луны.
Меркнут знаки Зодиака
Над постройками села,
Спит животное Собака,
Дремлет рыба Камбала,
Колотушка тук-тук-тук,
Спит животное Паук,
Спит Корова, Муха спит,
Над землей луна висит.
Над землей большая плошка
Опрокинутой воды.
Леший вытащил бревешко
Из мохнатой бороды.
Из-за облака сирена
Ножку выставила вниз,
Людоед у джентльмена
Неприличное отгрыз.
Все смешалось в общем танце,
И летят во сне концы
Гамадрилы и британцы,
Ведьмы, блохи, мертвецы.
Кандидат былых столетий,
Полководец новых лет,
Разум мой! Уродцы эти -
Только вымысел и бред.
Только вымысел, мечтанье,
Сонной мысли колыханье,
Безутешное страданье,-
То, чего на свете нет.
Высока земли обитель.
Поздно, поздно. Спать пора!
Разум, бедный мой воитель,
Ты заснул бы до утра.
Что сомненья? Что тревоги?
День прошел, и мы с тобой -
Полузвери, полубоги -
Засыпаем на пороге
Новой жизни молодой.
Колотушка тук-тук-тук,
Спит животное Паук,
Спит Корова, Муха спит,
Над землей луна висит.
Над землей большая плошка
Опрокинутой воды.
Спит растение Картошка.
Засыпай скорей и ты!

Zodiac signs fade
Over the expanses of fields.
Sleeping animal dog,
Doze bird Sparrow.
Fat Mermaids
Fly right into the sky
Hands as strong as sticks
Breasts are round, like turnips.
Witch sitting on a triangle
Turns into a haze.
With Leshiks, a dead man
Slim kekuok dances.
Following them with a pale choir
Sorcerers catch the Fly,
And stands above the slope
The motionless face of the moon.
Zodiac signs fade
Over the buildings of the village
Sleeping animal dog,
Dozing fish Flounder,
Knock knock knock knock,
Sleeping animal spider,
A cow is sleeping, a fly is sleeping,
The moon hangs above the earth.
Above ground, a big bowl
Overturned water.
Goblin pulled a log
From a shaggy beard.
Because of the cloud, the siren
She put her foot down
The man’s cannibal
Indecent bitten off.
Everything mixed up in a common dance
And the ends fly in a dream
Gamadril and the British,
Witches, fleas, dead.
Candidate of bygone centuries
New year commander
My mind! These freaks -
Only fiction and nonsense.
Just a fiction, a dream
Sleepy thoughts sway,
Inconsolable misery -
That which is not in the world.
High land abode.
Late, late. Time to sleep!
Reason, my poor warrior,
You would fall asleep until the morning.
What is doubt? What is alarm?
The day has passed, and you and I -
