Верхушка власти сообщила, что в России 16 миллионов бедных. Я думаю, что это не правда. Потому что бедностью у нас называется подлинная нищета. Как иначе назвать прожиточный минимум, который составляет 8000 рублей? Что можно купить на эту сумму? Сегодня на эту сумму еще можно купить сто долларов одной бумажкой. Но сто евро купить уже нельзя. А скоро на эти 8 тысяч нельзя будет купить вообще ничего. Мы стремительно приближаемся к тому моменту, когда деньги станут дешевле бумаги, на которой они печатаются, когда за рубль перестанут давать валюту и начнут давать в морду. Эти слова были сказаны, кстати, еще в позапрошлом веке. Но позапрошлый век меня интересует меньше. Меня интересует, что происходило в стране в последние 15 лет.
15 лет Путин у власти. 15 лет – это почти столько, сколько хватило Советскому Союзу, чтобы из послевоенной разрухи подняться до полета Гагарина в космос. А разрушенной той же войной Европе вернуться к абсолютно нормальной человеческой жизни, пусть и без космоса. 15 лет Китаю хватило, чтобы превратиться в мировую супердержаву и завалить весь мир всеми товарами, какие только есть. Что за это время сделали мы? Мы за это время вернулись к великолепному 1998 году, совершив полный круг падения. И все эти годы нам не уставали напоминать, как плохо, бедно и страшно нам жилось в 90-е. Что же такого было в те десять «лихих» лет, что великий, гениальный Путин не сумел преодолеть их последствия и за свои пятнадцать. Почем там нынче нефть? По шестьдесят с чем-то? Да в лихие 90-е о 60 долларах за баррель мы могли только мечтать! Все это жуткое десятилетие нефть стоила раза в полтора-два дешевле.
А теперь оказывается у нас 60 долларов – трагедия. Зато, говорят, это шанс наладить свое производство и создать рабочие места. А свое производство и рабочие места – это ведь тоже борьба с бедностью, верно? Ну так что же вам, зараза такая, мешало все эти годы развивать производство и создавать места? Когда нефть была и по 120 и даже по 150! Но вы ни черта для этого не делали. Вы жили как паразиты. Вы управляли страной как паразиты. Вы решили, что куда проще, чем победить бедность и дать людям работу – это бесконечно выкачивать недра и накачивать свои карманы и карманы своих приятелей. И теперь вы не знаете, что делать, зато знаете, что бедных будет больше. А знаете, откуда у нас бедность? Не будет богатства в стране, где национальная валюта рушится с диким рекордом, а глава правительства пишет огромную статью, целиком посвященную Украине. Где Президент обещает наказать валютных спекулянтов и немедленно его приятель Сечин получает 625 миллиардов рублей. Где я в эфире родной радиостанции слышу важного гражданина, с восторгом сообщающего, что мы сделали каких-то боевых самолетов больше, чем Америка. У этого гражданина, у этого президента и премьера – своя личная страна, где нет и не будет бедных.
