Пока я вновь поднимала статистику, у меня случилось озарение.
Университет будущего - это университет, в котором человек сможет не просто выбирать дисциплину, а выбирать преподавателя и способ изложения. Здорово, если бы у человека была возможность обращаться к разным лекторам и разным способам изложения в процессе изучения курса. Например, сравнить материал в разных курсах, когда возникают вопросы по одному из разделов. Ведь может сложиться так, что данного лектора или данный раздел в изложении данного лектора конкретный человек поймет хуже. Или лучше. При наличии возможности сопоставить, студенты смогут избежать пробелов по теме. И только представьте, как это будет стимулировать лекторов: ведь их "воспринимаемость" студентами можно будет оценить! К тому же, легко можно устроить обратную связь от студентов с тем, чтобы добавить конкретики и облегчить творческий поиск преподавателям: что именно понимают легче, что - с большим трудом.
По-моему, сложно организовать "обилие" преподавателей в рамках одного, пусть даже большого и развитого, университета. Поэтому будущее - за образованием он-лайн. Можно было бы организовать систему, в которой вуз, набравший большее количество очков в неком рейтинге, получает доступ к большему количеству преподавателей он-лайн. К другим преподавателям студенты тоже могли бы иметь доступ, но, скажем, за деньги. Таким образом, любой студент стремился бы выбрать вуз с большим рейтингом - чтобы свобода выбора была больше, чтобы был больше доступ к по-настоящему качественному образованию. А вуз естественным способом стремился бы развиться, набрать больше очков, чтобы привлечь больше студентов. Система - прозрачная, и стимулировала бы себя изнутри. Единственное, рейтинг вузов не должен становиться коррумпированным и за этим должен быть установлен тщательный контроль. Но однозначно: в данной системе количество доступной информации стало бы в разы больше.
Еще о плюсах для студентов. Вы только представьте, как повысится уровень знаний, если студент познакомится с логикой многих лекторов, если рассмотрит предмет с разных сторон! А как будет стимулировать то, что каждый студент - воистину сам творец своих знаний, что он обладает огромной свободой выбора! Остается только с удовольствием копать, копать и копать.
Можно было бы сделать так. Вот приходит студент в вуз. В вузе есть лекторы, которых можно послушать вживую. А есть возможность выбрать лекторов вне университета, пусть на другом конце земного шара. И послушать их. Только представьте, как быстро и естественно поднимется уровень знания иностранного! По крайней мере, английского. Полагаю, можно будет выбирать и среди курсов на разных языках.
А в конце курса - зачет. По основным разделам (программа везде одинаковая). И пусть список вопросов будет известен заранее - как программа. А проводит экзамен преподавательский состав того университета, где учится студент. Вот и можно будет посмотреть, после каких курсов студенты набирают больше знаний. А у студентов - возможность проверить, насколько эффективна была их исследовательская работа. Получить обратную связь, сделать выводы, улучшить себя в следующий раз.
Еще здорово, что вуз предоставлял бы СПИСОК всех возможных курсов. Список источников. Это очень удобно.

It would be possible to organize a system in which a university that scores the most points in a certain rating gets access to more teachers on-line. Students could also have access to other teachers, but, say, for money. Thus, any student would strive to choose a university with a high rating - so that freedom of choice is greater, that there is more access to a truly high-quality education. A university would naturally seek to develop, score more points in order to attract more students. The system is transparent, and would stimulate itself from the inside. The only thing is that the rating of universities should not become corrupt and careful monitoring should be established for this. But definitely: in this system, the amount of available information would become many times more.
More about the pros for students. Just imagine how the level of knowledge will increase if a student gets acquainted with the logic of many lecturers, if he examines the subject from different angles! And how will it stimulate that each student is truly the creator of his knowledge, that he has great freedom of choice! It remains only with pleasure to dig, dig and dig.
One could do so. Here comes a student at the university. The university has lecturers who can be listened to live. And it is possible to choose lecturers outside the university, albeit on the other side of the globe. And listen to them. Just imagine how quickly and naturally the level of knowledge of a foreign language will rise! At least English. I believe it will be possible to choose among courses in different languages.
And at the end of the course - offset. In the main sections (the program is the same everywhere). And let the list of questions be known in advance - as a program. And the teaching staff of the university where the student is studying is conducting an exam. So you can see after which courses students gain more knowledge. And students have the opportunity to check how effective their research work was. Get feedback, draw conclusions, improve yourself next time.
