Задача системы налогов - справедливое взимание и распределение собранных сумм.
В РФ "плоская" шкала налогообложения - вне зависимости от уровня начисленной ЗП работодатель перечисляет в бюджет 43% от начисленной ЗП.
Про 13 % подоходного уже все знают, что этим налоги не ограничиваются. Есть еще 22% - в ПФР, 5,1% - в ФОМС и 2,9 % в ФСС.
Итого - 43%.
Куда и как распределяют наши "власти" собранные суммы, можно только догадываться по сообщениям СМИ о строительстве очередных мегапроектах и закрытии школ и больниц.
А как у них, на загнивающем западе?
«Необлагаемый налогом доход в Германии составляет около 50 тысяч рублей в месяц, в пересчете, во Франции – 32 тыс. руб., в Китае – 38 тыс. руб. Если бы у нас ввели шкалу, как во Франции или Китае, то при сегодняшних зарплатах в России было бы освобождено от налога по меньшей мере 60% населения»
От себя: Германия не располагает таким разнообразием и кол-вом природных ресурсов, как РФ.
