I heard many times the term #low-energy, when Donald Trump and others talked about Jeb Bush and it's easy to see what they mean, watching republican debates. The discussion at RANEPA reminded me of low-energy thing. Minister of Industry, heads of Aeroflot and Russian Railway Company were speaking about economic crisis without observable enthusiasm and passion to overcome it. Vladimir Lisin, who is one of the wealthiest men in Russia, a person who is much older, and who achieved a lot, had much more energy. Even though I, as many other Russians, have some doubts about legitimacy of Russian oligarchs, I believe that Russia needs examples of leadership such as Vladimir Lisin shows, not those Russian government representatives exercised tonight. @ Russian Presidential Academy
