Если тебе от 17 до 27, ты студент творческой специальности из Северо-западного региона России и тебе хочется заявить о себе, прими участие в Конкурсе!
Создай плакат на тему "Быть гражданином", присылай его нам и ты сможешь выиграть поездку в Хельсинки с посещением парламента Финляндии или два авиабилета в Германию. У тебя появится шанс выставить свою работу на Дне Европы и в рамках Недель Северных стран в Санкт-Петербурге или же увидеть свою работу на тысячах открыток в лучших кофейнях, ресторанах и других модных местах Петербурга!
Конкурс открыт до 9 сентября 2012 года.

Create a poster on the topic “Be a citizen”, send it to us and you can win a trip to Helsinki with a visit to the Finnish Parliament or two tickets to Germany. You will have a chance to exhibit your work at the Day of Europe and within the framework of the Nordic Weeks in St. Petersburg or to see your work on thousands of postcards in the best coffee houses, restaurants and other fashionable places in St. Petersburg!
