Есть маленький мальчик-спортсмен 11 лет, очень талантливый и успешный, занимал везде первые места и получил 2 взрослый разряд в 10 лет по горнолыжному спорту.
У него в 11 лет более 30 медалей, грамот и кубков за победы!
Он учился в школе Олимпийского резерва в приморском районе. Школа давала 3 занятия в неделю и еще за 3 родители платили большую сумму ежемесячно.
В декабре РОДИТЕЛИ через прием у вице-губернатора случайно узнали, что по программе положено 6 бесплатных занятий в неделю и задали вопрос руководству школы, куда идут деньги, в результате чего произошел конфликт мамы с кем-то из руководства, кто брал эти деньги себе, и мальчика отчислили из школы.
Сейчас идет разбирательство по этому вопросу, мама подала в суд на школу - тема - НЕЗАКОННОЕ ОТЧИСЛЕНИЕ ИЗ ШКОЛЫ.
Проблемы.
1. Мальчик не может поменять спорт школу - она только 1 на область.
2. Школа затягивает дело и уже на 2 слушания приходят без документов
3. Мальчика не допускают к соревнованиям, а сейчас самый сезон, он должен тренироваться каждый день
4. Другие родители подали в прокуратуру по делу вымогательства денег и приводят в пример нашу маму, которая сейчас судится со школой из-за того, что открыто задала этот вопрос. Ее уже вызывали в прокуратуру давать показания.
Но вопрос всячески хотят закрыть!!!
5. На третьем слушании 2 дня назад вызвали тренера. Она хорошая, но честно сказала маме, что ей угрожали увольнением и другими последствиями, если она не будет давать ложные показания против мальчика на последнем 4м слушании в марте. (Отчислили под предлогом пропусков, хотя он не пропускал ни одной тренировки и тренер главный свидетель)
Про семью писали в нескольких местах, но очень нужны связи в газетах и на каналах, чтобы запустить огласку!!!
Мальчик - будущий олимпиец - у него очень хорошие показатели и потенциал, сейчас из-за коррупции его не допускают к тренировкам, сборам и соревнованиям в Лен Области и городе, потому что нельзя выступать вне школы.
Семья хочет выйти на #ПустьГоворят, НТВ, 5 канал, Россию!
Их уже поддерживают родители, которые раньше боялись выступать открыто. Не только их отчислили за ненужные вопросы в прокуратуру.
Все очень сильно переживают и нервничают. Мама молодец, держится с трудом, но как может, сама спортсменка и поддерживает сына.
Пожалуйста, посоветуйте, к кому можно обратиться???
Может есть контакт знакомых в этой сфере?
История уже дошла до спортивной федерации и города!
И проблема в том, что пытаются закрыть потихоньку, они уже писали заявления в прокуратуру, и они закрывали дела.
Сейчас семье нужен резонанс как можно больше!!!
Ребенка отчислили под предлогом пропусков тренировок, хотя он тренировался по 6-7 раз в неделю.
