Часть 7. Наблюдатели, Избирательный участок и комиссия.
2 этап - внесение данных из списков избирателей в протокол. Это значит подсчет всех записей в списках избирателей (кол-во зарегистрированных, кол-во выданных бюллетеней, кол-во открепительных, и прочее, и прочее). Всего 5 списков. На это бы убили 3,5 часа я придирался к любой ошибке или недочету и требовал его исправления, заверение исправлений подписями, проверку всего списка, пересчет итогов по каждому списку, пересчет итогов по всем спискам.Ввиду того, у людей были явные проблемы с арифметикой + я воспользовался их усталостью и неспособностью сопротивляться, я заставил их пересчитать все и переправить по 3-4 раза. Если сначала все хором отзывались обо мне как о интеллигентном, умном, образованном молодом человеке, обрадовались, когда услышали, что я бухгалтер, начинали в шутку меня сватать и говорили как им повезло, то через 3 часа я был близок к тому, чтобы меня избили, предложения руки и сердца резко пропали и шли публичные обсуждения какой я мудак и что моя будущая супруга может смело стреляться (они не представляете какой бальзам на душу они мне этим выливали), что я насколько мелочен, что жена будет носить пару дырявых колготок 2 недели, пока я не расщедрюсь на новые. На все это я лишь упивался внутри злорадством и внешне нагло искренне лыбился им в глаза и поддакивал. От избиения меня спасло 2 вещи:
1) я огласился компромиссно, чтобы они начали считать бюллетени (3 этап) до окончания 2-го этапа (что против процедуры) + подсчет вела вся комиссия (что также является нарушением), яже в то время приводил в божеский вид списки
2) когда пересчет был закончен, данные по распределению голосов за партии были получены и я самолично не имея, в принципе на это прав ( мне, естественно, делегировали это как бухгалтеру), заполнял 2 протокола (ЗАГС и ГД), то в них не сошлись контрольные значения, а также число выданных бюллетеней по спискам с числом бюллетеней в урне (примерно на 60-70 бюллетеней, при том, что вбросов не было, а скорее всего были их ошибки). Они взмолились, чтобы не пересчитывать все заново, чтобы я "свел баланс" и вышел на контрольные соответствия, иначе голосование по участку будет признано недействительным и будет назначено повторное.
Данные я свел, еще часа полтора они мудились с заполнением и заверением копий протоколов. Наконец в 5-10 утра мы отчитались в ТИК (я уже над трубкой корректировал значения). Все рассыпались в благодарностях и божились, что лучше удавятся, чем хоть еще раз пойдут в комиссию или еще хуже попадут в нее со мной.
С чувством выполненного долга, полученного удовольствия и довольный результатами по своему участку ( во вложении только ЗАГС, но ГД примерно аналогична) я двинул к ожидающему меня в машине брату, который матерясь похлеще их всех, уже 4 час ждал меня. Спасибо тебе, чувак!

Part 7. Observers, Polling Station and Commission.
Stage 2 - entering data from the voter lists into the protocol. This means counting all the entries in the voter lists (number of registered, number of ballots issued, number of absentee ballots, and so on and so forth). Only 5 lists. They would have killed 3.5 hours for this, I found fault with any mistake or defect and demanded that it be corrected, the corrections be verified with signatures, the entire list was checked, the totals for each list were recalculated, the totals were recalculated for all lists. Due to the fact that people had obvious problems with arithmetic + I took advantage of their fatigue and inability to resist, I forced them to recount everything and redirect 3-4 times. All I could do was revel in the gloating inside and outwardly insolently sincerely smile in their eyes and assent. 2 things saved me from beating:
1) I made a compromise so that they began to count the ballots (stage 3) before the end of stage 2 (which is against the procedure) + the whole commission led the count (which is also a violation), even then led to the divine form of lists
2) when the recount was completed, the data on the distribution of votes for the parties were received and I myself didn’t have it, in principle, I was right (I was naturally delegated this as an accountant), I filled out 2 protocols (registry office and State Duma), then they didn’t the control values converged, as well as the number of ballots issued by lists with the number of ballots in the ballot box (about 60-70 ballots, despite the fact that there were no throws in, but most likely there were their mistakes). They prayed, so as not to recount everything again, so that I “balance” and reached control correspondences, otherwise the vote on the precinct will be invalidated and a second one will be appointed.
I summarized the data; for another hour and a half they got muddied with filling out and certifying copies of the protocols. Finally, at 5-10 in the morning, we reported to the TEC (I already adjusted the values above the handset). Everyone scattered in gratitude and swore that it would be better to strangle themselves than to at least once go to the commission or even worse get into it with me.
With a sense of accomplishment, pleasure and satisfaction with the results in my area (in the investment only the registry office, but the State Duma is approximately the same) I moved to my brother, who was waiting for me in the car, who was swearing worse than all of them, had been waiting for me for 4 hours.
