Обход заблокированного ВКОНТАКТЕ через IPv6:

Проверяем пашет ли IPv6, к примеру, пингом (заодно узнаем на ДНСКЕ прописано или нет)
Команда nslookup ipv6.vk.com

Если браузер на основе Chromium, то можно добавить ключ для запуска —enable-ipv6
Ярлык станет по типу:
"C:\Browsers\browser.exe" —enable-ipv6

МОжно прописать DNS IPv6 сервера гугла:
2001:4860:4860::8888
и
2001:4860:4860::8844

Совместимость с IPv6 проверяется через
http://test-ipv6.com/

Если Teredo не настроен, то можно настроить, мануал тут:

Далее можно юзать уже

Есть ещё прокся IPv6:
Для тех, у кого IPv6 пашет: http://vk.com.sixxs.org
Для тех, у кого IPv6 не пашет: http://ipv6.vk.com.ipv4.sixxs.org/
Эта прокся https не любит если что, онли 80 порт.
