Художник Алексей Щигалев закончил украшать фасад апатитской библиотеки!
На стенах изображены: обложка книги Александра Ферсмана «Путешествия за камнем», карты экспедиций академика и цитаты из книги. А над входом красуется глыба апатита!
В последний день показал Алексею окрестности: Большой и Малый Вудъявр, наши города, склон BiWood, музеи КНЦ и АО «Апатит». Ему так понравился наш край, что на память художник увез коллекцию минералов Кольского полуострова! И обещал вернуться:)
P.S. Украшение библиотеки – подарок городу от Андрея Малахова. По его инициативе разукрасят фасады ещё нескольких зданий - vk.com/wall37383_7171

On the walls are depicted: the cover of Alexander Fersman’s book “Traveling behind the Stone,” maps of the academician’s expeditions and quotes from the book. And a block of apatite flaunts over the entrance!
On the last day, he showed Alexei the surroundings: Big and Small Woodyavr, our cities, the BiWood slope, the museums of the KSC and Apatit JSC. He liked our region so much that the artist took away a collection of minerals from the Kola Peninsula as a souvenir! And he promised to come back :)
P.S. The decoration of the library is a gift to the city from Andrei Malakhov. On his initiative, the facades of several buildings will be decorated - vk.com/wall37383_7171
