51 организация из Иркутска, Шелехова, Саянска и Нижнеудинска. В Иркутской слободе прошел фестиваль общественных инициатив "Да-НКО". Он приурочен к 75-летию Иркутской области. Цель мероприятия - познакомить иркутян с деятельностью некоммерческих организаций, чтобы люди могли своими глазами увидеть их вклад в развитие города и региона. Многие участники - люди с ограниченными возможностями. На выставке, которая состоялась в рамках фестиваля, они представили свои работы. В конце праздника организаторы представили участникам и гостям фестиваля отчет о вкладе некоммерческих организаций в развитие Иркутской области.

It is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Irkutsk region. The purpose of the event is to acquaint Irkutsk citizens with the activities of non-profit organizations so that people can see with their own eyes their contribution to the development of the city and the region. Many participants are people with disabilities. At the exhibition, which was held as part of the festival, they presented their work. At the end of the festival, the organizers presented to the participants and guests of the festival a report on the contribution of non-profit organizations to the development of the Irkutsk region.
