К этому курсу мы шли очень долго. Первый подход мы сделали в 2018 году, когда в рамках Школы Changellenge » провели курс по структурному решению бизнес-задач для людей с опытом. Затем в течение полугодия мы проводили исследование аудитории (более 200 человек из ведущих компаний), изучали мировые исследования по ключевым навыкам (World Economic Forum, BCG, McKinsey) и готовили программу.
Результатом всех исследований явилось то, что самый главный навык будущего - это problem solving. Но при этом обычный подход к решению задач уже слабо подходит, так как мы живем в VUCA (Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) мире, и слишком уж все быстро меняется: пока распланируешь - уже пора все переделывать. Поэтому в рамках “Пользы” мы совместили структурный кейс-подход к решению бизнес-задач (Принцип Пирамиды Минто, МЕСЕ и прочее - в общем все то, что применяют ведущие консалтинговые компании McKinsey, BCG и Bain & Company) с Design Thinking, креативным мышлением, критическим мышлением, AGILE/SCRUM и, естественно, принципами лидерства.
