СУДЕБНЫЙ ИСК РОСОБРНАДЗОРА: КРАВЦОВ — НЕ ВОЛЬТЕР
Ко дню рождения получил исковое заявление Рособрнадзора. Хотят через суд добиться, чтобы я удалил несколько заметок со своей страницы В_Контакте. Если бы я точно знал, что стирание заметок улучшит российское образование — даже не колебался бы. Но я уверен в обратном. Я уверен, что их обращение в суд преследует совершенно иные цели: вывернуться из неприятной ситуации с утечками экзаменационных заданий ЕГЭ, проучить непокорных, впредь ограничить возможность высказывать противоречащее чиновничьему мнение. Это не только иск государственной машины против учителя. Это иск против нашего права говорить о недостатках, против права обсуждать проблемы, с которыми мы встречаемся, и против тех СМИ, которые не услышали руководящего напутствия «О ЕГЭ или хорошо, или ничего». Поэтому ничего я удалять не буду, хотя это быстро решило бы все проблемы.
Рассмотрение дела будет включать в себя профессиональные экспертизы, опросы свидетелей — меньше чем за десять заседаний суд наверняка не управится, раньше следующего лета решения не будет. Участвовать в заседаниях самому, приезжая из Петербурга в Москву, бессмысленно. Учитель не выиграет в суде у профессионального юриста. Да и обсуждать, судя по тексту иска, придётся не факты, говорящие об утечке заданий, а юридическую трактовку слов «произошла масштабная утечка». Стоимость услуг юриста, участвующего в заседаниях, — 15 тыс. руб. за каждое. Чиновники рассчитывали, что бороться с ними не будет ни желания, ни сил, ни возможностей. Э, нет.
