⚠⚠⚠ Сейчас будет достаточно длинный, но очень важный пост. Прошу всех с ним ознакомиться. Этот пост – ещё одна монетка в копилку причин, по которым я вышел на тропу войны с управляющими организациями, муниципалитетами и всеми этими «весёлыми» компашками, которые там засели. Репост приветствуется.
Сегодня речь не про Кировский район, но проблема для меня не менее болезненная. Данный пост – моё официальное обращение в Администрацию Невского района и Администрацию Санкт-Петербурга.
В Феврале 2019 года в квартире моих родителей, проживающих по адресу Санкт-Петербург, ул.Ткачей, дом 54 произошла протечка кровли, о чём ЖЭС №21 28.02.19 был составлен и подписан Акт осмотра. Сотрудники ЖЭС №21 Невского района уверили моих родителей о том, что последствия протечки будут устранены до середины июля 2019 года. Но до обозначенной даты никто так и не связался с моими родителями. 15 июля 2019 года было подано повторное заявление на имя начальника ЖЭС №21 Полубоярова Андрея Семёновича (4125636 – у кого есть желание, можете звонить ему в рабочее время и спрашивать, как он планирует дальше выполнять свои профессиональные обязанности, так же, он легко находится в соцсетях, можете передать ему от меня тёплые слова) с требованием обозначить конкретные сроки устранения последствий протечки. В течении недели после повторного заявления родителям поступали звонки с обещанием утром прислать рабочих с материалами и устранить последствия протечки, но каждое утро появлялись причины, по которым рабочие не могли выйти и осуществить работы. В конечном итоге, рабочие так и не пришли, а по телефону был высказан аргумент: «за эти деньги нам не найти рабочих». Вот так получается, протечка есть, отслоение обоев и штукатурки есть, плесень на потолке есть, а сотрудники ЖЭС №21 уже более полугода не могут найти ресурсы, чтобы устранить последствия своих недоработок.

Далее выкладываю заявление, которое будет в ближайшее время направлено моими родителями в прокуратуру, жилищную инспекцию, Администрацию Невского района [club82032767|@nevnews] и приёмную ВРИО Губернатора [id535438957|@a_beglov] . Копии Акта и повторного заявление – в приложении.
Заявление
1) 03.02.2019 в одной из комнат квартиры, где я проживаю, по адресу Санкт-Петербург, ул. Ткачей д.54, кв.** произошла протечка кровли. В следствие чего на данный момент на потолке образовалось ржавое пятно площадью более 2 квадратных метров, отслоились и упали обои (улучшенный винил) на площади более 8 квадратных метров, краска на оконных откосах отслоилась и упала вместе со штукатуркой на площади 1,5 квадратных метра. Все вышеперечисленные поверхности покрылись плесенью, проживание в данной комнате стало невозможным.
2) В кровле крыши по адресу Санкт-Петербург, ул. Ткачей д.54 до сих пор имеются дыры и щели. Так же, через железную трубу в крыше проведён электрокабель, через него во время дождя заливает пол на чердаке. Далее вода попадает через потолок в квартиру.
3) Работниками ЖЭС 21 Невского района Санкт-Петербурга с чердака Санкт-Петербург, ул. Ткачей д.54 был вынесен весь строительный мусор и крупные бытовые отходы на лестничный проём перед чердаком, что создаёт пожароопасную обстановку в доме.
Все телефонные, личные и письменные обращения в ЖЭС 21 Невского района Санкт-Петербурга с требованием провести ремонт в квартире и устранить последствия протечки игнорируются, сотрудники ЖЭС 21 не могут озвучить конкретные сроки работ. Так же, сотрудниками ЖЭС 21 игнорируются установленные законом сроки проведения работ по устранению последствий протечки кровли.
Копии обращений, акт осмотра последствий протечки и фото причинённого ущерба направляю приложением к данному письму (прил.1, прил.2, прил.3, прил.4).
Прошу рассмотреть моё заявление и дать правовую оценку деятельности сотрудников ЖЭС 21 Невского района Санкт-Петербурга. Прошу обязать ЖЭС 21 устранить последствия протечки в квартире по адресу по адресу Санкт-Петербург, ул. Ткачей д.54, кв.** в установленные законами РФ сроки.

Employees of ZhES No. 21 of the Nevsky District assured my parents that the consequences of the leak would be eliminated by mid-July 2019. But until the designated date, no one had contacted my parents. In the end, the workers never came, and an argument was voiced over the phone: “we won’t find workers for the money.” So it turns out, there is a leak, there is a detachment of wallpaper and stucco, there is mold on the ceiling, and ZhES No. 21 employees have been unable to find resources for more than six months to eliminate the consequences of their shortcomings.
