Зачем мне агент? Я схожу в офис продаж и куплю там страховку...
Очень часто я слышу это в ответ на предложение купить страховку у меня. Даже в Инстаграме в комментариях мне задают вопрос зачем нужен агент.
Для начала отмечу ЦЕНА в офисе и у агента ОДИНАКОВАЯ. Однако Агент может сделать доп скидку, а менеджер в офисе такой возможности не имеет.
Консультация и помощь при страховом случаи (сопровождение в отделе выплат и заполнение нужных бумаг, функции аварийного комиссара и тд);
Лобирование интересов клиента в страховой компании (например узнать как скоро будут выплаты по страховке);
Гибкий график работы - застрахует в праздники, ночью, в выходные;
Доставка полиса;
Профи в страховании. Всегда подскажет как лучше и выгоднее застраховаться + в курсе всех скидок + знает все требования банков к страховкам (очень важно для кредитных машин и ипотечных квартир);
Использует месенеджеры и прочие современные технологии;
Всегда напомнит о заканчивающейся страховке;
Сам напишет претензию в страховую при некачественном обслуживании, и будет звонить виновным пока они не исправят косяки...
Очень много плюшек и за это не нужно доплачивать!
Минусы? Во первых, стоит проверить является ли агент сотрудником страховой компании. Для этого достаточно позвонить в страховую и спросить или посмотреть на сайте компании. Во вторых, при оплате страховки вам обязаны дать квитанцию. Проверить свой полис можно обратившись в страховую компанию по тел. Кстати в Ресо есть отличное мобильное приложение через которое вы увидите статус всех своих полисов. Если все же опасаетесь работать с агентом, имейте в виду, что со всеми агентами можно назначить встречу в офисе продаж страховой компании, там вам подтвердят личность агента.
