Мария Полищук родилась в Санкт-Петербурге, в семье музыкантов. Окончила музыкальный колледж им. М.П.Мусоргского (класс Е.С.Матвеева) и Санкт-Петербургскую консерваторию (класс доцента В.В.Черенкова), в настоящее время там же учится в аспирантуре. Мария принимала участие в 27th Forum flute and piano, Luxembourg 2015. Проходила обучение у профессора Высшей школы музыки Joachim Schmitz в Мангейме, Германия. Принимала участие в мастер-классах с Gaby Pas-Van Riet, Wally Hase, Jean-Claude Gerard, Carlo Jans, Brooks de Wetter-Smith и др. Лауреат международных конкурсов. Ведет активную концертную деятельность. В качестве солистки выступала с государственным академическим оркестром Санкт-Петербурга и Новосибирским симфоническим академическим оркестром. Неоднократно выступала в залах Санкт-Петербургской филармонии, академической капеллы, Дворца Белосельских-Белозерских, также солировала в Большом зале Новосибирской филармонии и в концертном зале Дома Ученых.
