Вчера в 3 часа ночи был суд, по статье 20.2 штраф 10 000 рублей.
По статье 19.3 суд отправил дорабатывать протокол обратно в ОП и суд был 30 секунд — 12 суток. Документы по делу, какие успеваю, добавляю в альбом тут. Протоколы составили на всех одинаковые. У меня не приняли ни одного из четырёх ходатайств, не дали доступа к защитнику, не дали ознакомиться с материалами, не перенесли суд с 3 часов ночи на дневное время. В протоколах куча ошибок, и орфографических, и фактических, всё составлялись в спешке, а полицейский, который составлял моё дело спросил, кто такая Афанасия Никитина (моя прописка). Есть аудио первого суда. Есть факты нарушения прав. Есть все копии или фото.
Что нужно?
1. Не волноваться за нас и ничего не бояться. Не говорить тем более, что вам стыдно быть на свободе, пока мы тут. 5% людей совершенно случайным образом выбранные оказались здесь. Вы невероятно мощно нам помогаете. У каждого своя роль, и каждый делает то, что может. Свобода и гражданское общество начинаются внутри, с нас, и пожалуйста, не приписывайте тут никаких лидеров — это общая работа ради перемен.
2. Нужен юрист, лучший в этом вопросе, готовый взяться за обжалования, видящий в ошибках и нарушениях наших прав возможность вернуть обратно все до копейки деньги, нервы и здоровье с компенсацией. Деньги на оплату такой работы есть. Я со своей стороны готова помогать освещать ход процесса в местной и международной прессе. Пишите [id1718899|Ксении Чапкевич]. У меня 10 дней на обжалование и надо срочно начинать.
3. Можно помочь со штрафом, если будет больше, передам остальным осуждённым и активистам и защитникам, которые как и мы, выпали из работы на несколько дней.

Повторюсь, что это всё не страшно, компания тут прекраснейшая, условия не очень, но я много путешествую и ничего не боюсь.
