Наши тренировки с [id34263|erikayakovleva] в poledancespb говорят, чтобы был результат, надо работать и полюбить боль. Всё же, в нашем случае, любим мы смеяться))) поэтому, сложно отказаться от трень и стимулировать на поход в зал в любую погоду не надо. А по поводу боли... в моем случае, это как обратная сторона медали, не более. Просто потом ходишь с синяком на синяке и кряхтишь как старушка при приседании на стул.
