Так как переделка верхнего стола зависит от многих факторов, и ещё неизвестно когда будет(через неделю или месяц)...а торцовка, всё же иногда нужна, решено было решить вопрос пылеудаления, да и это самый глобальный процесс в плане разборки инструмента. Поэтому сегодня скинул всё что мешало, а именно диск декоративные накладки и отсекатель. Не решился отделять я всю эту систему рычагов, во первых, не факт, что она легко встанет на место, во вторых, надо ещё половину инструмента разобрать, а я ленивый. Поэтому взял болгарку (совет: берите 125 или 115 с целым диском или хотя бы 2/3, иначе станина будет мешать подобраться) отпилил кусок защиты. Так как пилить было ну очень неудобно, не в чем было зажать и некого попросить подержать...пришлось все края обрабатывать Гравером, чтобы ничего не цепляло. Следующий этап-решить как туда и чего засунуть к этой "проплешине"...Был у меня угол 40, который куплен под этот проект, минут 20 пытался его и так и этак уговорить встать куда надо, но промышленного фена нема, посему он пошёл в помойку истерзанный жизнью, а я взялся за гофротрубу, на ней у меня уже собрана часть пылеудаления, и как раз мелкий кусок был никчёмный. Её плюс, в том, что она всё же плюс минус мнётся и принимает нужную форму. В общем запихнул её туда, встала почти как родная...надо было только декорации подправить и решить что-то с её надёжной фиксацией. Декорации тем же гравером подпилил, на ура...а фиксацию решил в штатное место засунуть длинный болт и немножко поджать её самой декорацией. Проверка показала, что стало лучше, причём значительно. Первый этап закончен, всё удачно. Всем добра)))

I had a corner of 40, which was bought for this project, tried to persuade him for about 20 minutes and somehow, but the industrial hairdryer was dumb, therefore he went tormented by life in the trash, and I took up the corrugated pipe, on it I had already collected part of the dust extraction, and just a small piece was worthless. Its plus is that it is still plus or minus wrinkles and takes the desired shape. In general, I stuffed her there, got up almost like a native ... I only had to fix the scenery and solve something with her reliable fixation. I sawed the scenery with the same engraver, with a bang ... and I decided to fixation in a regular place with a long bolt and slightly tighten it with the decoration itself. The audit showed that it became better, and significantly. The first stage is completed, everything is successful. All good)))
