И в завершении делаете копии диплома, и двух страниц приписного, ту где указано что вы прошли сборы и ту где в Головинском вам поставили отметку. И с этими копиями в военкомат по месту жительства. Военный билет наврятли сделают, дела могу еще не прийти, а вот с призыва снимут.
