???? Взлетная площадка или основной плюс дна в том, что с него только вверх! ????
Наверное, поиск свежего решения должен начинаться с того чтобы остановиться и осмотреться, а где я вообще, какие решения уже были испробованы. Но не в моем случае. Удивительным образом я знаю и не знаю одновременно, куда идти, чтобы подобрать уникальное для данного контекста поведение. Решение озаряет и становиться поворотным моментом всей жизни.
Как говорит один небезыствестный в узких кругах человек, когда не знаешь, за что хвататься - хватайся за голову ????
Оговорок, что только за свою - нет, отсюда и пляшем ????
Раз уж вокруг меня начали всплывать другие психологические и философские направления, то почему бы обратиться к ним?
Но не для того, чтобы сменить шило на мыло, а чтобы достроить недостающие фрагменты и понять глубже, или с другой стороны то, что текущими методами сделать не удалось.
⛔ Некоторые в этот момент срываются в безудержную скачку от одного к другому, но эта череда поверхностных скольжений приводит, в итоге, только к переутомлению, КПД стремится к нулю.
За почти что 9 лет я повидала много людей, которые приходили, и уходили сразу, или немножко оставались, а потом со скандалом хлопали дверью, или залипали, или меняли одно психологическое течение на другое. Хвала небесам, есть процент успешно решивших свои проблемы есть. Но не все.
Обратите внимание, к соционике равнодушных очень мало, а вот восторженных и проклинающий - миллионы. С чего бы?
Но не буду растекаться мыслью по древу, вернемся к нашим баранам.
Сама себя изнутри с снаружи я отслеживать не могу, но никто мне не мешает понаблюдать с другими и посмотреть, что с ними происходит, поспрашивать их. Плюс стало любопытно посравнивать, как разные типологии и социальные науки изучают психику и природу человека с разных сторон, захотелось, упрощенно говоря, составить сводную таблицу, свести эти разные языки описания человека к общему, объемному пониманию.
✨ И вот тут меня ждала разгадка №1: подавляющее большинство «адептов других сект» не могут этого сделать со мной в паре, ну то есть когда я проговариваю что-то, а они дают аналог на языке другой науки. Потому что не детализируют.
( Оговорюсь, что я имею ввиду большинство тех, кто находился со мной примерно на одном уровне понимания себя и мира. Безусловно, были есть и будут люди, которые все прошарили и они уже давно в стратосфере).
В головах людей куча непереваренных интроектов. Это когда человеку «сажают» в голову идею целиком, он не понимает ее принципов, не может проанализировать и просто берет на веру. Хороший пример - горячо любимые описания ТИМов. И не хочет.
✨ И здесь случилась разгадка №2 - дело не самой сути знания, а возможности зафиксироваться на нем. Эврика! Залипание на чем-то одном - это не личный выбор и никакое не развитие, это СИМПТОМ!
И важно, катастрофически важно понять, какую свою потребность ты пытаешься закрыть, выпендриваясь перед окружающими?
Это симптом, нужно разобраться от чего ты бежишь, закапываясь с головой в очередное увлечение. Запои могут быть разные: алкогольные, игровые, псевдопсихологические, но в большинстве случаев это про одно. Про казаться вместо быть.
✨ Разгадка №3 – вот это горячка чтобы разобраться детально в каждом встречном поперечном, разложить его на оси и точно-преточно расположить на графике наполненности аспектов, в моем случае, это про запрятанное глубоко желание познать себя.
Но заниматься собой нельзя, я ведь так, пустячок-человек, мне с детства объясняли, что свои чувства желания неплохо бы засунуть себе поглубже в ж... и заняться действительно важным - решением проблем окружающих. Другие куда ценнее и важнее.
Подкованные люди подскажут, надеюсь, как это называется в психотерапии. Проекция, перенос ... крутится на языке, но не знаю, честно, не буду вас путать. Да и не суть.
Пришла пора учиться понимать, чего хочу я.
Пришла пора развернуть вектор деятельности и перестать делать для других то, что им не надо и сделать для себя то, что очень надо мне)
