в 2011 календарном году объявляют Четвертый открытый конкурс студенческих и аспирантских работ «Актуальная наука» («Советский Союз, Польша и другие страны Центральной и Восточной Европы в мировой политике ХХ века») памяти Олега Николаевича Кена К участию в конкурсе приглашаются студенты, аспиранты и соискатели исторических факультетов, факультетов социальных наук, международных отношений и архивного дела вузов Российской Федерации; аспиранты и соискатели научных институтов РФ; студенты, аспиранты и соискатели, самостоятельно занимающиеся изучением истории СССР в системе международных отношений, а также изучением истории стран Центральной и Восточной Европы в ХХ веке.
Конкурс проводится по трем исследовательским направлениям:
• Советский Союз, Польша и другие страны Центральной и Восточной Европы в системе международных отношений межвоенного периода;
• Советский Союз и Польша (Россия и Польша) в ХХ веке: узловые проблемы взаимоотношений;
• История стран Центральной и Восточной Европы в ХХ веке.

in the calendar year 2011, the Fourth open competition of undergraduate and graduate work "Actual science" ("The Soviet Union, Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the world politics of the twentieth century") in memory of Oleg Nikolaevich Ken is invited to participate in the competition are students, graduate students and applicants historical faculties, faculties of social sciences, international relations and archival affairs of universities of the Russian Federation; graduate students and applicants for scientific institutes of the Russian Federation; students, graduate students and applicants, independently studying the history of the USSR in the system of international relations, as well as studying the history of Central and Eastern Europe in the twentieth century.
The competition is held in three research areas:
• The Soviet Union, Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the system of international relations of the interwar period;
• The Soviet Union and Poland (Russia and Poland) in the twentieth century: key problems of relations;
• History of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in the twentieth century.
