Поизучал проект бюджета и бюджет МО Светлановское на текущий год. Там много любопытного, например, на работу Избирательной комиссии закладывалось 1.98 млн рублей. При том, что никаких выборов, и соответственно никакой работы не ведется, а просто продолжают в рассрочку расплачиваться с жульем за фальсификации. Но счетная палата на экспертизе бюджета этим планам отчасти помешала: признали завышение на 740 тысяч рублей. Оказалось, что в избирательной комиссии хотели кого-то еще поблагодарить и внесли в штатное расписание должность главного бухгалтера избирательной комиссии. Но в Реестре должностей муниципальной службы такой должности нет.
Дефицит бюджета - 12,5 млн рублей, для сравнения, это почти половина бюджета Морских ворот. КСП на экспертизе проекта бюджета это тоже завернула, указав на нарушение принципа сбалансированности, предусмотренного ст. 33 Бюджетного кодекса.
Расходы на содержание совета - 10,5 млн рублей, при том, хотя там 2 оплачиваемые должности, остальное хоз. нужны, коммуналка...Но куда там тратить 700 тысяч в месяц я не понимаю.
Вот за что казаки и ЧОПовцы боролись.
