Сегодня с коллегами [id88692|Наташа Грязневич] и [id359775|Сергей Кузин] провели большую встречу во дворе на углу пр. Просвещения и ул. Есенина. Благодаря Александру Карпову мы узнали, что недавно были проведены общественные слушания по вопросу разрешения реконструкции магазина в этом дворе. На слушаниях был 1 человек, и это при том, что в результате реконструкции может быть оттяпан кусок внутридворового проезда, новый объект торговли расположится впритык к двум детским площадкам.
Мы принесли моток оградительной ленты и показали возмущенным жителям какой участок под угрозой. Конечно, ни о планах магазина расширяться, ни о слушаниях никто не был в курсе. Мы собрали подписи жителей под письмом в Комиссию по землепользованию и застройке КГА с требованием не давать разрешение на проведение работ на земельном участке до тех пор, пока не будут поведены полноценные общественные слушания. Выявили группу активных жителей с которыми обменялись контактами, и в дальнейшем будет здорово если проблемой займутся они - жители этого двора. Мы им сможем помочь, если понадобится юридическая или экспертная помощь, депутатский запрос или контакты СМИ.
История этого двора - типичный пример того, как вопрос развития территории решается без участия людей. Мы знаем механизмы, которые исправят эту ситуацию. Например, нужно чтобы на сайте РГИС была возможность подписаться на рассылку новостей по интересующей вас территории: анонсы общественных слушаний, изменения Генплана, изменения собственника ЗУ и т.д. Тогда каждый заинтересованный гражданин сможет быть полноценным участником процесса развития города. Сейчас же люди зачастую оказываются на обочине, в прямом и переносном смыслах, и вынуждены протестовать перед строительным забором, когда без них уже все решено и все бумаги подписаны.
