НОВЫЕ ГРУППЫ по выходным: творческая Corazon и стретчинг/фитнес-йога!

???? Творческая - возрождение Корасошек :) Сб и Вс 15-00. Будем заниматься всем, чем обычно занимаются в творческих группах, - снимать красивые видео (в студии, с оператором, вот это всё), учить сложные и странные хореографии, не вписывающиеся в рамки обычных групп, и тд. Рассчитываю на продолжающих, технику разбирать не будем, для этого есть открытая новичковая группа в Райскае :)

????️ Стретчинг/йога - Сб и вс 14-00. Чтобы ноги поднимались, чтобы спина не болела, чтобы колени не хрустели, чтобы осанка держалась, повороты крутились, грудная клетка раскрывалась. Можно всем, будем работать на результат. Экологично и аккуратно, но без лишних сантиментов. Будут и шпагаты - не ради красоты, а потому что в танцах это действительно важный инструмент. Быстро не посажу, зато научу не только в нем сидеть, но и поднимать в него ногу, и, главное, не травмироваться в процессе.

Это мои группы, не от студии. Оплата мне - один час 300р, оба часа за 500р. Арендую зал все в том же Райскае на Третьяковке.

NEW GROUPS on the weekend: creative Corazon and stretching / fitness yoga!

???? Creative - the revival of Corax :) Sat and Sun 15-00. We will do everything that is usually done in creative groups - to shoot beautiful videos (in the studio, with an operator, that's all), learn complex and strange choreographies that do not fit into the framework of ordinary groups, and so on. I look forward to continuing, we will not disassemble the equipment, for this there is an open newcomer group in Paradise :)

???? ️ Stretching / Yoga - Sat and Sun 14-00. So that the legs rise, so that the back does not hurt, that the knees do not crunch, that the posture is held, the turns are spinning, the chest is opened. Everyone can, we will work on the result. Eco-friendly and neat, but without any extra sentiment. There will be twine - not for the sake of beauty, but because in dancing it is really an important tool. I’m not going to land quickly, but I’ll teach you not only to sit in it, but also to raise your leg into it, and, most importantly, not to get injured in the process.
