The investigation believes that the rofer, nicknamed Grigory Mustang, has teamed up with base jumpers with the intention of destabilizing the situation in Russia by painting a star on a high-rise building in the colors of the flag of Ukraine.
As the BBC correspondent reports from the courtroom, the prosecutor said that the skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya and the star on it “personify the greatness of the Russian Federation”, and painting the star in the colors of the flag of Ukraine “forms an opinion on the dominant position of Ukraine in political relations with the Russian Federation” .
