На страницах TheUK’s уже подведены итоги нашего онлайн-приключения. Но хочется поделиться лично.
На этих каникулах правительство решило не проводить весенние смены, закрыть лагеря. Также мы догадывались, что следующий шаг - это закрытие всех детских центров (где уже до этого было свободное посещение).
Видимо, так нужно. Как ходят мемы в интернете впервые у человечества есть шанс спастись, лёжа на диване.
Но для частных детских центров и лагерей это большой удар. Арендные каникулы никто не вводил, в центре работают люди, на сменах работают люди. Пока мы не знаем, чем это кончится.
И мы отправились в онлайн.. На бесплатный онлайн марафон. И тут случилось очень необыкновенное...
Какая-то невероятная сила духа, большая опора пришла в процессе этих весенних каникул. Вообще, такого рода проект даётся не просто. Но удивительное рядом, он приносит то, чего я не ожидала - эмоции, очень похожие на настоящую смену.
Я очень жду лето. Но здорово, что мы все-таки сделали весну. Впервые у нас была столь масштабная смена на 100 человек, не считая родителей, и 22 преподавателя =)
Конечно, первый человек, это [id18523|Катрина] ! Этот человек помог преодолеть горечь после отмены смены и просто сделал огромную часть работы!
Огромная благодарность преподавателям, которые мгновенно разобрались в гугл классрумах, помогали друг другу и все-таки это сделали! [id8953511|Лена] [id76939|Александра] [id12975300|Эльмира] [id852238|Надежда] [id76133|Татьяна] [id28755459|Катерина] [id18523|Катрина] вы герои!
Наши администраторы параллельно занимались огромной работой по возвратам и переводам денег на другие смены, и в то же время обрабатывали заявки на марафон! [id106451189|Соня] [id48748604|Элеонора] и особенно [id12671432|Ira] ! Сейчас внезапно так много нужно делать, но вы со всем справляетесь!
Еще один человек, который всю неделю незаметно работал, но поразил меня настолько глубокой степенью ответственности за происходящее! Наша техподдержка [id98611337|Степан] ! Ты для меня the hero of the week!

TheUK’s pages have summed up our online adventure. But I want to share it personally.
On this vacation, the government decided not to hold spring shifts, to close the camps. We also suspected that the next step was the closure of all children's centers (where there had already been free visits).
Apparently, this is necessary. How do memes go on the Internet for the first time, mankind has a chance to escape, lying on the couch.
But for private children's centers and camps, this is a big blow. Nobody entered the vacation holidays, people work in the center, people work on shifts. While we do not know how this will end.
And we went online .. To a free online marathon. And then a very unusual thing happened ...
Some incredible fortitude, great support came during this spring break. In general, this kind of project is not easy. But the amazing thing is nearby, it brings something that I did not expect - emotions very similar to a real shift.
I really look forward to the summer. But it's great that we still made spring. For the first time we had such a large-scale shift per 100 people, not counting the parents, and 22 teachers =)
Of course, the first person is [id18523 | Katrina]! This person helped to overcome the bitterness after the cancellation of the shift and just did a huge part of the work!

Our administrators at the same time did a lot of work on refunds and money transfers to other shifts, and at the same time processed applications for the marathon! [id106451189 | Sonya] [id48748604 | Eleanor] and especially [id12671432 | Ira]! Now all of a sudden there is so much to do, but you are doing everything!
Another person who worked quietly all week, but struck me with such a deep degree of responsibility for what is happening! Our technical support [id98611337 | Stepan]! You are the hero of the week to me!
