И несмотря на то что мы с Полиной поехать на турнир не смогли, он в моей памяти точно будет стоять особняком.
[id61421|Леша] и [id741010|Маргарита] получили B-класс. Пара, с которой работать мы начинали в далеком 2015 году. Фактически это первая моя конкурсная пара.
Впервые ребята вышли в рейтинговой номинации на Кубке морской славы-2015. Сейчас в это трудно поверить, но тогда в Е-классе на питерском турнире было 39 пар. Леша с Маргаритой стали первыми и закрылись одним конкурсом. Дальше был насыщенный и интересный D-класс, завершившийся попаданием в пятерку лучших на ЧР-2016. С-класс продолжил победную тенденцию и завершился уже золотом суперфинала С-класса на ЧР-2017 и серебром ЧМ.
Оба без танцевального бэкграунда, но невероятно трудолюбивые, дотошные до мельчайших деталей, требовательные к себе. У нас в зале висит цитата про то, что «Успех — 1% таланта и 99% труда». Я думаю, у ребят, конечно, многим больше 1% таланта, но труда там точно все 100%. И основная заслуга в этом успехе, конечно же, принадлежит им самим.
В хастле принято считать, что самые крутые тренеры — это самые крутые танцоры. Регулярно в призах на топовых турнирах в Абсолюте или ДнД Стар-Чемпион? Значит, наверняка суперкрут и может научить танцевать так же. И иногда это действительно так (как в случае с Сашей и Настей, например), но чаще связи нет — тренерская и судейская компетентность совсем не равна танцорской крутости. И чтобы это понять, мне потребовалось время. А когда мы начинали работу с Лешей и Маргаритой, я вообще был C классом — мне безумно повезло, что на моем тренерском пути, когда он только начинался, повстречалась такая пара. Наверное, у каждого тренера есть «свои» ученики — те, кто максимально точно попадают в представление о том, как должно быть.
Все говорят, что очень круто довести пару с нуля до B-класса. Наверное, так оно и есть. Но гораздо круче то, что у ребят начинается самое интересное — тренировки и выступления по взрослому классу.
И конечно, этих достижений не было бы без [id1095400|Насти], благодаря советам которой постоянно растет тренерское мастерство и в тандеме с которой мы вывели пару на новый уровень, без [id118572031|Саши], который с первого дня безусловно доверял мне как преподавателю и тренеру нашего клуба, даже когда я делал ерунду, [id434291|Наташи], с которой мы вели пару с Е до начала С-класса и конечно, [id260080|Полины], благодаря которой танцы заняли столь большое место в нашей жизни.
Ну а с Лешей и Маргаритой мы с Настей начинаем подготовку к B. И я уже в предвкушении результатов этой работы!
